Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a pot, melt butter. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
Slowly pour in milk while whisking until smooth and thick
Season with Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder.
Pour sauce over the macaroni and mix.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese or breadcrumbs, and bake at 350°F for 20–25 min.
Add the whole pre-blended cheese bag. Dump it all in and stir until fully melted and smooth.
